We were meant to start site works May 1st but were delayed due to one of the largest April down pours on brisbane records. Just our luck.
Paper Trail
You could get lost in all the paperwork that you have to gather between the finance and build contracts/approvals..could not wait to get out of this stage. We have had 2 changes to our CSC so far which has not helped ease the confusion….

Colour Selection

We took a trip to QLD for our colour and electrical appointments,
We opted for the following
Oak for bathroom vanities,
Luna White Bench Tops throughout-Butlers pantry, kitchen, bathrooms.
Polar White sheen to cabinetry

Interior-Winter Ice
Door-Black
Tiles. Belga grey upstairs bathroom
Belga charcoal powder room bathroom and ensuite
Cretement slab grey wet 600x600mm main floor tiles.
We opted for the following

Layout
After many changes we settled on Parkhill 29-Clarendon Homes
We altered the layout considerably and came up with the below as our final choice. as this is not our “forever home” there were quite a few things we left out that we would have liked, But are still super happy with the outcome.
