We made a quick visit to QLD to visit the house, which was great. Progress was where we thought it would be. The rooms looked and felt much different in person than what we have been looking at on the plans. We had an independant inspector from KSpec come and do his insopection, he found a few minor defects, and a missing structural beam which was a tad concerning, but the Site Supervisor advised all would be completed this week.We did find our hose outlet was moved without our knowledge to the rear of the house in the middle which was a real eye sore, however the supervisor also advised that this would be recitified and put back to the side of the house.
Supervisor advised that wrapping was to be finished by 9/7/2105. Gyprocking and internals to follow.
